Adding an existing message to a case dialog, by copying it.

If you leave out the version, the current version of the service will be called.

• case_id required String
  ID of the case to add a new dialog entry
  
  
• entry_id required int
  ID of the entry that is to be copied.
  
  
• to_dialog_type optional String
  type of dialog, allowed values = 'PlaintiffsDialog', 'DefendantsDialog' or 'BoardsDialog'
  
  
• SSO optional String
  Optional SSO token for authentication.
